Our Apprenticeship Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Engagement & Compliance Support Administrator to help us deliver an outstanding experience for every learner.
• In this exciting role, you’ll be fully trained and supported as you gain hands-on experience across the entire learner journey, from onboarding new apprentices and maintaining accurate employer information, to ensuring compliance, quality, and excellent communication throughout.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• - Keeping learner and employer data up to date using digital systems.
• - Building great relationships with stakeholders and supporting them at every stage.
• - Acting quickly on apprenticeship leads and nurturing opportunities through to enrolment.
• - Delivering high quality information, advice, and guidance sessions.
• - Managing contractual agreements and onboarding activities.
• - Creating and sharing monthly progress reports.
• - Monitoring inboxes, calendars, workshops, and system updates.
• - Supporting exam bookings and apprenticeship assessments.
• - Ensuring safeguarding, Prevent, and Health & Safety processes are always followed.
• - Taking part in ongoing learning and development, including recording CPD and joining regular 1–2–1 and team meetings.

Apprentice Engagement & Compliance Support Administrator

Full-stack Engineer

• Work within project teams to develop and enhance the company’s bespoke systems.
• Design, code, test, and maintain custom applications in line with business requirements.
• Estimate development efforts and assist in analysing and resolving defects and issues.
• Collaborate as part of a small SCRUM team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide third-line support for in-house applications and contribute to out-of-hours releases.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure development aligns with company policies and security guidelines.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage bugs, user stories, tasks, and automate builds and releases.
• Manage source control using Git within Azure DevOps, following structured branching strategies.

Full Stack Developer

• Test Software: Help check that our custom systems work properly and follow company rules, especially around security.
• Follow Test Plans: Run tests on websites and apps using different browsers and devices, with guidance from experienced team members.
• Maintain Test Documentation: Keep test records and regression packs accurate and up to date to support consistent testing.
• Use Tools: Learn to use Microsoft DevOps to track tasks and bugs, and Git to manage test code.
• Work in a Team: Join a small agile team, attend planning meetings, estimate how long testing will take, and help with releases.
• Find and Report Issues: Help spot problems, share test results, and support fixing issues, sometimes even during out-of-hours releases
