About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generating new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and successfully converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for the Vision platform.
  • Working closely with both commercial and operational teams to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from Transport Managers through to Board Directors.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities for the Vision platform.
  • Building, managing, and converting a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers at all levels.
  • Supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers.
  • Acting as the Vision product specialist, providing support, guidance, and expertise to the wider commercial team.
  • Gathering market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Account Management, or consultative sales role.
  • Strong pipeline management and track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Strong relationship building and networking abilities.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, operator licensing, or transport compliance.
  • Understanding of drivers' hours legislation and tachograph compliance.
  • Experience operating within the logistics, transport, or fleet sector.
