Business Development Rep

• Own our outbound pipeline end-to-end, from identifying target accounts to converting leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and other channels
• Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customers to clearly communicate our value proposition and engage decision-makers
• Create, refine, and optimize call scripts, outreach sequences, and sales materials based on real customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams, sharing insights from customer conversations and helping shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
