About the role
- Plan, coordinate and organize maintenance work as well as renovation, commercial fit-up and improvement projects based on operational priorities, budgets and established schedules
- Provide operational supervision, logistical coordination and ensure compliance with standards, deadlines and regulatory requirements, including management of ancillary assets and emergency response plans
- Coordinate subcontractors and human, material and contractual resources, including deployment and monitoring of service contracts
- Monitor work progress and document changes to schedules, costs and deployed resources
- Prepare estimates and quotes, and participate in negotiating and validating bids
- Contribute to budget preparation and monitor costs associated with work and projects
- Generate and analyze performance indicators and reports to identify recurring issues and recommend continuous improvement measures
Requirements
- DEC (College Diploma) in Building Engineering Technology, Architecture or another engineering discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
