• Su rol se centrará en apoyar al equipo de ventas mientras impulsa el crecimiento de nuevos negocios en el mercado estadounidense.
• Clave responsabilidades incluyen:
• Adoptar un enfoque de ventas consultivo para identificar oportunidades y ganar nuevos negocios.
• Gestionar las interacciones con los clientes entrantes y salientes, con un fuerte enfoque en el mercado portugués.
• Poseer y desarrollar una cartera de cuentas, asegurando actualizaciones precisas de CRM/ERP, seguimientos y gestión de pipeline.
• Preparar y gestionar cotizaciones, propuestas y documentación comercial a medida.
• Construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes al proporcionar un excelente soporte post-venta y ventas orientadas a soluciones.
• Negociar con proveedores, clientes y socios para optimizar la rentabilidad y maximizar márgenes.
• Proporcionar soporte práctico a los clientes, asegurando una experiencia fluida y de alta calidad en cada etapa.
