About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the European market.
- Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
- Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market.
- Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
- Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
- Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.
- Proven background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
- Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
- High level of English is a strong plus.
- Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
