About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the European market.
  • Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market.
  • Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
  • Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
  • Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
  • Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.
  • Proven background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
  • High level of English is a strong plus.
  • Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
