• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Conduct site visits and perform site analysis to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to coordinate project requirements and resolve any design issues
• Review and approve project submittals, including shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes
