You design, develop, and maintain AI features from concept to release
You build and improve RAG systems, including document parsing, chunking, and retrieval
You develop agent-based systems to handle complex tasks for our power users
You create infrastructure for evaluation, comparison, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our models
You pragmatically test the latest models, methods, and tools in AI and turn promising approaches into production-ready solutions
You work closely with Product and Engineering and make fast, clear technical decisions

Requirements

Hands-on experience building software products with LLM integration
Strong software engineering skills with a focus on clean, maintainable systems rather than just prototypes
Proficient with Python and the typical ecosystem around AI/ML products
Understanding of the core components of modern AI products, e.g., RAG, tool use, evals, and agent-based systems
Able to work independently, move quickly, and maintain high standards for execution
Practical experience with coding agents
Nice-to-have: Experience with C# (or similar languages), React, Next.js, and Tailwind
