About the role

  • Support in maintaining and expanding customer relationships in the IT sector.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, especially Presales and Consulting, to ensure optimal customer support.
  • Support contract negotiations and the definition of terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in selling IT solutions is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge in networking, databases, or server environments.
  • Proven participation in projects as Inside Sales or Sales Assistant.
  • High motivation and strong interest in customer care and developing new client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence.
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
