About the role
- Support in maintaining and expanding customer relationships in the IT sector.
- Identify and acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially Presales and Consulting, to ensure optimal customer support.
- Support contract negotiations and the definition of terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Initial experience in selling IT solutions is desirable.
- Basic knowledge in networking, databases, or server environments.
- Proven participation in projects as Inside Sales or Sales Assistant.
- High motivation and strong interest in customer care and developing new client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence.
- Independent, goal-oriented working style and high self-motivation.
