About the role
- Provides professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer
- Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients
- Perform implementations of overall solutions for customers
- Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations
- As a subject matter expert, provides guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions
- Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations
- Works directly with clients to gather requirements
- Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to clients
- Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
- Identity & Access (Microsoft Entra ID)
- Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune)
- Microsoft 365 Core Workloads
- Security, Compliance & Data Protection
- Migrations & Tooling
- Automation
- Certifications: 2 or more Microsoft Certification
- Excellent written and verbal skills
