About the role
- Ensure the agency’s investments in platforms like HubSpot, ClickUp, GA4, and Pitchbox support scale, margin, and productivity
- Own platform configuration, integration, adoption, and ROI measurement
- Create measurable impact across delivery, sales, finance, and operations
- Promote to VP of Technology Enablement within 12–18 months based on business outcomes
- Conduct tech audit, configuration review, and tool inventory
- Standardize documentation, training materials, and workflow drafts
- Optimize tech stack, monitor adoption, and track ROI
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in digital agencies, SaaS-enabled services, or high-growth ops roles
- Strong operational + financial literacy
- Proven ability to drive adoption and enforce standards
- Systems thinker; fluent in platform leverage, not just tool setup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Tech, Analytics, or Ops
