• Development and implementation of chat and voice agents on platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, Telli or comparable conversational AI systems
• Integration and configuration of external systems via REST, SOAP and webhooks
• Conducting tests, debugging and continuous improvement of agent performance
• Creating technical documentation for implementations and integrations
• Direct involvement in real client projects
• Development of AI agents that are deployed to production
• Gradual expansion of responsibilities through clear tasks and feedback
