About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development and implementation of chat and voice agents on platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy, Telli or comparable conversational AI systems
Integration and configuration of external systems via REST, SOAP and webhooks
Conducting tests, debugging and continuous improvement of agent performance
Creating technical documentation for implementations and integrations
Direct involvement in real client projects
Development of AI agents that are deployed to production
Gradual expansion of responsibilities through clear tasks and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Computational Linguistics or a related technical degree program
Basic programming skills, preferably Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
Understanding of APIs and backend systems
Willingness to dive into technical challenges and find solutions
Enthusiasm for AI agents, large language models and modern conversational AI technologies
Hands-on mentality and readiness for practical implementation
Good German and English skills
Availability of 15–20 hours per week
Nice-to-have: Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Parloa, Cognigy or Voiceflow
Nice-to-have: Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make
Nice-to-have: Understanding of customer service processes
Nice-to-have: Initial experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
