  • Shape how the system measures performance and communicates results

  • Build and oversee system-wide KPI frameworks and executive reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated strength in analytics, reporting, performance measurement, and executive communication
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement background
