About the role

  • Execute and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities and proposing adjustments based on data;
  • Perform operational analyses to support day-to-day decision-making in the operation;
  • Monitor indicators and KPIs, ensuring critical interpretation of results and identification of deviations;
  • Support and lead small continuous improvement initiatives/projects with increasing autonomy;
  • Organize, monitor, and evolve operational flows and routines;
  • Collaborate with partner areas to implement improvements and resolve issues;
  • Develop a critical perspective on data and processes, questioning inconsistencies and proposing improvements.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
  • Experience with data manipulation to develop critical insights into data and processes
  • Experience in process improvement and problem solving
  • Analytical skills and logical reasoning
  • Ability to organize and execute tasks independently
  • Good communication and ability to interact with different departments
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
