About the role

  • Responsible for selling and renting vehicles via phone, other potential media channels, and in-person
  • Conduct financial analysis of negotiations
  • Provide consultative service to explain all product benefits to customers, prepare and send proposals, and close sales
  • Responsible for the customer journey from lead outreach through deal closing.

Requirements

  • Participation in the Sales Training program (Sales School)
  • High school diploma (completed)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off) during business hours, including weekends, alternating between Saturday and Sunday
  • Experience handling leads is a plus
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model: 2 days on-site per week (between Monday and Wednesday)
