About the role

  • Responsible for selling and renting used cars via phone, other potential media channels, and in-person;
  • Perform financial analysis of negotiations;
  • Provide consultative service to explain all the product advantages to the customer, send proposals, and close sales;
  • Responsible for the customer journey from lead approach through to finalizing the sale.

Requirements

  • Participation in the Sales School (Escola de Vendas);
  • Completed high school education;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills;
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule during business hours, including weekends, rotating between Saturday and Sunday;
  • Experience handling leads is a plus;
