About the role
- Responsible for selling and renting used cars via phone, other potential media channels, and in-person;
- Perform financial analysis of negotiations;
- Provide consultative service to explain all the product advantages to the customer, send proposals, and close sales;
- Responsible for the customer journey from lead approach through to finalizing the sale.
Requirements
- Participation in the Sales School (Escola de Vendas);
- Completed high school education;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills;
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule during business hours, including weekends, rotating between Saturday and Sunday;
- Experience handling leads is a plus;
