About the role

  • Collect, process, consolidate, and analyze operational data related to supplies, materials, and support services for fleet operation and maintenance
  • Develop performance indicators, regional benchmarking analyses, and opportunity studies
  • Support strategic decisions through cost, efficiency, and process standardization analyses
  • Create dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
  • Maintain a constant interface with corporate areas, local operations, and partners
  • Monitor results, monthly reconciliations, and KPI trends
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and traceability of analyzed information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields)
  • Experience with data analysis applied to business or operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA
  • Experience creating executive presentations in PowerPoint
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and processing
  • Experience working in environments with large data volumes and multiple stakeholders
