About the role

  • Responsible for selling car rentals to key accounts, focusing on prospecting and developing long-term partnerships with the main objectives of increasing revenue, market share, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure growth in sales volume and profitability of key accounts through portfolio management, strengthening customer loyalty, analyzing business potential, identifying opportunities, sales planning, and conducting negotiations.
  • Retain and grow business with key accounts through tailored, individualized engagement, generation of information and performance indicators, analysis of business specifics, and coordination of efforts in competitive and strategic situations.
  • Identify new business opportunities by gathering information, conducting client and market research, and analyzing client and market business dynamics.
  • Ensure achievement of targets and satisfaction of key accounts through interaction with corporate areas, aligning necessary adjustments to adapt client needs to Localiza’s processes.
  • Work to retain clients and increase business volume through action plans aimed at protecting accounts from competitors and gaining account control.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, strengthen overall protection of key accounts, and maximize revenue through integrated work with the Fleet Management Sales team.
  • Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies by actively participating in training and reporting potential deviations.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of information handled within your area of responsibility, in accordance with Localiza’s Code of Ethics and Values Book.
  • Meet the goals established in the current Management Contract by executing the actions outlined in the target plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Availability to travel
  • Advanced English required
