About the role

  • Coordinate and support the immediate leadership of internal sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment and oversight of daily routines.
  • Monitor performance indicators and results, proposing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and support the creation of monthly action plans, ensuring execution and monitoring with a focus on performance.
  • Diagnose issues and implement strategic solutions to optimize processes and increase the area’s efficiency.
  • Promote initiatives that drive sales growth, including detailed analysis of the sales funnel and definition of commercial strategies.
  • Work with a strategic vision and a focus on delivering consistent, outstanding results, fostering the development of the team and supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Proven experience leading internal sales teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and BI tools (Power BI) for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Track record of working in dynamic environments with challenging targets and a strong results orientation.
