About the role

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Act as a technical mentor, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring continuous team growth.
  • Define and communicate technical vision and architectural standards aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of complex projects with quality, on schedule, and efficiently.
  • Promote agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for effective project management.
  • Establish synergy between development and Platform Engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams, ensuring integration and scalability.
  • Support technical decision-making in critical moments, maintaining a balance between innovation and stability.

Requirements

  • Solid experience leading development teams with varying levels of seniority.
  • Established career in Software Engineering and/or Product.
  • Technical knowledge in Back-End (C#/.NET) and Front-End (Angular or React).
  • Track record of leadership in high-complexity, high-impact projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering practices.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Ability to influence, engage, and develop people, combined with strategic vision.
  • Differentials (Nice to have):
  • Experience with distributed architectures and cloud computing.
  • Certifications in technical leadership or agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
