About the role

  • Support for the sales team (sales consultants, store managers, divisional managers and directors).
  • Liaison with all areas that interface with the sales operation (Finance, Infrastructure, Shared Services Center (CSC), ASCLI, Legal, vehicle legalization, Distribution, Help Desk, Quality and Training, Transformation, among others).
  • Responsible for managing the team and administrative processes for an entire sales division.
  • Responsible for the development and performance monitoring of the divisional administrative team.
  • Responsible for the routine management of the area’s KPIs.
  • Propose performance improvement actions based on KPI analysis.
  • Contribute to sales operations by proposing and developing best practices and processes.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience mediating and resolving conflicts.
