About the role
- Support for the sales team (sales consultants, store managers, divisional managers and directors).
- Liaison with all areas that interface with the sales operation (Finance, Infrastructure, Shared Services Center (CSC), ASCLI, Legal, vehicle legalization, Distribution, Help Desk, Quality and Training, Transformation, among others).
- Responsible for managing the team and administrative processes for an entire sales division.
- Responsible for the development and performance monitoring of the divisional administrative team.
- Responsible for the routine management of the area’s KPIs.
- Propose performance improvement actions based on KPI analysis.
- Contribute to sales operations by proposing and developing best practices and processes.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience mediating and resolving conflicts.
