About the role

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Indirect Channel and Replacement partners for international franchises;
  • Analyze performance metrics (such as conversion rate, booking volume and average ticket) and propose actions to increase the share of these channels/segments;
  • Mediate commercial negotiations with Indirect Channel and Replacement segment partners to secure improved commission agreements and visibility;
  • Identify, prospect and develop new international strategic partnerships that add value to the business, such as airlines, loyalty programs, etc.;
  • Manage the intake funnel for new international partnerships, OTAs, Brokers, meta-search engines and companies in the Replacement segment, monitoring the process;
  • Train and enable franchise teams with training, materials and guidelines to maximize the performance of Indirect Channel and Replacement partners;
  • Act as point of contact between franchises and partners when necessary, resolving conflicts and aligning expectations;
  • Collaborate in the development of commercial strategies, including pricing, promotions and segment-specific campaigns;
  • Serve as the focal point for technology, pricing and marketing topics for the Indirect Channel and Replacement segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
  • Microsoft Excel;
  • Power BI;
  • Advanced Spanish;
  • English (a plus).
