About the role
- Customer inquiry management: Handling and tracking requests (products, services, quotes).
- Quote preparation: Creating quotes in accordance with pricing and technical conditions.
- Order management: Receiving, tracking and following up on customer purchase orders.
- Customer administration: Creating and updating customer records in the ERP.
- Procurement: Placing and monitoring supplier orders.
- Coordination with after-sales service (SAV): Communicating information to support intervention follow-up.
- Pre-billing and invoicing: Managing delivery notes, preparing and sending invoices.
- Payment follow-up: Verifying payments and issuing reminders when necessary.
- Management of institutional platforms: Uploading invoices and handling any rejections.
