About the role
- Create clear, concise guides, conceptual documents, and reference materials for defined reader personas
- Review, restructure, and update existing documentation
- Work closely with Product Managers as primary stakeholders
- Produce enablement materials such as conceptual diagrams, release/feature notes, and tutorials
- Translate feature inputs into user-focused documentation
Requirements
- Experience documenting enterprise software (e.g., ERP, SaaS, middleware, integrations)
- Proven experience in structured, persona-based documentation for complex products
- Skills in information architecture, including auditing, restructuring, and standardizing large documentation sets
- Strong interview skills with subject matter experts
- Highly motivated and curious with a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent German (native or near-native) and good English skills
