About the role
- Driving new business through partnerships by identifying and engaging with key strategic partners across the Netherlands and Belgium
- Building and managing a strong pipeline through a hunter mindset—sourcing new leads and not relying solely on inbound
- Leading value-based, consultative sales conversations to understand partner and end customer needs
- Developing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the capabilities of Lobster’s data platform
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and supporting partners throughout the full sales cycle
- Managing and updating CRM data (HubSpot) accurately to ensure full visibility into your sales activity
- Traveling to customer and partner meetings as needed to strengthen relationships and close deal
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in consultative and value-based selling
- Native-level or fluent Dutch and professional English skills (French is a strong advantage)
- Strong ability to build and manage a personal pipeline from scratch
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce
- Having a network within the Benelux IT partner ecosystem is a plus
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high degree of motivation, adaptability, and internal drive to take ownership
