About the role
- Responsible for driving growth through existing customer base and partner ecosystem
- Lead the strategy for customer engagement, retention, and advocacy
- Design and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns with strategic partners to generate leads
- Create robust partner enablement assets
- Serve as the marketing counterpart to Partnerships/Alliances team
- Lead strategy for partner-focused events and sponsorships
- Develop end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategies
- Build and scale a world-class customer advocacy program
- Oversee 'Voice of the Customer' in marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in B2B SaaS Partner Marketing or Customer Marketing (ideally exposure to both)
- Proven experience managing budgets, strategies, and cross-functional initiatives at a senior level
- Demonstrated success in building co-marketing relationships with major technology platforms or service partners
- Deep understanding of B2B customer journeys, retention metrics (churn, NRR), and advocacy programs
- Advanced knowledge of CRM (Hubspot), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools
- Exceptional narrative-building skills; ability to translate technical integrations into compelling joint value propositions
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
