About the role
- Develop and manage the SEO and AI content roadmap across all LoadUp web properties.
- Create high-impact content yourself while overseeing a team of writers, freelancers, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Ensure all content is engineered for traditional rankings and AI search relevance, focusing on user intent and authority.
- Implement internal linking strategies and utilize HTML/Schema to strengthen domain performance.
- Track and report on content ROI, identifying opportunities to optimize existing assets to maintain traffic.
- Partner with Web and Marketing teams to align content with keyword targets and aggressive market expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SEO content strategy; proven success managing production at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Superior writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for quality and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and tagging to maximize search performance.
- Experience managing internal contributors or external freelancers in a fast-paced environment.
