About the role

  • Support customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our top shippers
  • Use critical thinking to identify and forecast potential challenges with load operations
  • Manage communication and resolve load-related challenges as they arise
  • Work with the customer's Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure timely updates and accurate information
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure their TMS is consistently updated promptly and accurately
  • Utilize phone, email, SMS, and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carrier partners and drivers to confirm and track in-progress load events
  • Consistently meet performance expectations in both service and tracking
  • Identify and report any delays or issues with upcoming, active, or past loads to key stakeholders
  • Support and act with urgency in tracking and tracing shipments to ensure service expectations are met
  • Proactively gather necessary information and drive urgency with carrier partners on upcoming load events
  • Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth freight delivery

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills; able to think outside the box
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography
  • Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Call center customer service experience is a plus
