About the role

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for LMI’s corporate social media presence to grow brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
  • Manage and create content for select executive social media accounts, aligning messaging with corporate priorities and thought leadership.
  • Oversee LMI’s corporate memberships, sponsorships, and partnerships to maximize visibility and brand value.
  • Plan and execute flagship brand events, such as Tech Disrupt, and other high-touch, in-house experiences that showcase LMI’s innovation and culture.
  • Collaborate closely with design, campaign, and communications teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across channels.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform strategy and continuously improve brand performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital content management, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with an eye for brand storytelling and visual consistency.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, corporate partnerships, and live or virtual events.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for driving engagement and building brand affinity.
