Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary interface between Sonaca North America and key customers of its North American operations regarding quality performance and customer satisfaction
• Drive customer confidence and challenge effective resolution of quality concerns across sites
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Continuously improve the quality experience delivered to US customers
