About the role

  • Daily client visits, contract negotiations, logging visits in the system, and following up on proposals;
  • Provide service in the São Paulo region;
  • Prospect new high-potential, high-margin business opportunities through market analysis and ongoing client contact, conducting visits, presenting quotations and proposals, and participating in bids;
  • Constantly create and innovate with regard to new business opportunities in the national market across public and private sectors;
  • Prospect/map the fleet outsourcing services market with a focus on clients, competitors and suppliers;
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the private fleet outsourcing sector;
  • Prepare budgets, commercial proposals and contracts;
  • Develop market analyses and strategies;
  • Develop marketing actions applied to the business;
  • Monitor administrative, financial, legal, tax and technical processes;
  • Have the knowledge to resolve the majority of area-related issues concerning fleet outsourcing.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (university degree);
  • Geographic knowledge of the area of operation and experience with Salesforce (ERP/CRM);
  • Valid driver's license (category B);
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of the commercial/sales area within the automotive segment;
  • Good communication skills and proactivity;
  • Availability to travel.
