About the role
- Oversee the implementation of telemetry systems in heavy vehicles of the company's fleet (tractor units, trucks, and implements);
- Ensure standardization of telemetry solutions according to asset type and contract profile;
- Ensure the reliability, integrity, and availability of collected data;
- Support commercial proposals and technical presentations for corporate clients;
- Support approval (homologation) processes, technical negotiations, and SLA definition;
- Support the commercial team in leasing proposals, highlighting telemetry as a competitive differentiator;
- Participate in meetings with strategic clients to present KPIs and results;
- Demonstrate the value of telemetry as a competitive advantage in leasing and fleet management contracts;
- Contribute to the design of customized solutions according to the client's profile;
- Identify deviations from contractual usage and support corrective actions together with the Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams;
- Contribute to asset preservation, reduction of premature wear, and maximization of residual value;
- Contribute to contract retention, customer loyalty, and contract expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Geographic knowledge of the operating region and experience with Salesforce;
- Valid driver's license (Category B);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of commercial/sales practices in the automotive sector;
- Strong communication skills and proactivity;
- Availability to travel.
