A part-time branch-based opportunity working 17.5 hours per week.
You’ll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers.
You’ll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focussed on putting people first making a difference to Customers, businesses and communities.
Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as, helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely.
Requirements
You're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you’re providing.
The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.
If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection.
