Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.
Provide inbound customer support and technical support for SharkNinja products.
Act as a 'brand ambassador' by promoting the SharkNinja brand and building customer loyalty through excellent customer interactions.
Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits.
Deliver expert customer experiences and contribute to positive customer perception of the brand.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
High School or University
Must be French Bilingual
Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
Ability to work in Windows environment
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
