About the role
- Responsible for the production and transformation of high-quality data for Homes Commercial Pricing, Performance, and Reporting
- Implementing data management, controls, and governance to minimize data risk
- Championing change by finding opportunities to improve existing data management capabilities
- Collaborating with non-technical colleagues to understand data needs
- Working with Technical Engineers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to manage data flows and production of high-quality outputs
Requirements
- Passionate about data
- Ability to collect and integrate data from various sources using coding languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, and SAS
- Experience in the design, build, and maintenance of databases and data warehouses
- Ability to build and maintain pipelines for processing and transforming raw data for Pricing, Reporting, and Analytics
- A self-motivated individual who excels at problem-solving and can adapt to uncertainty
- Effective communicator who can influence outcomes and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues
- A background in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis, Reporting, and Modelling is desirable but not essential
