Requirements
A strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation, backed by proven experience in developing solutions using a broad range of analytical tools.
Strong coding skills, particularly in SQL, Python, and Power BI—with experience in GCP native tools considered highly desirable (but not essential).
A passion for developing future-focused skills across the team, actively supporting cross-team learning and collaboration.
A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and inspires others to embrace transformation.
An effective communicator who can craft compelling narratives for senior leaders, influence decision-making, and collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Familiarity with Agile principles and experience using Jira to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency is desirable.
Experience in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis is a plus, though not essential.
