About the role

  • Support Finance readiness activities for the integration of our new Digital Payments business Curve into LBG.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure all key finance requirements are well defined and met as part of the programme of work, this includes establishing a strong framework of finance governance and controls.
  • Support and challenge the Integration Programme to deliver its goals and key objectives, including identifying and delivering synergies.
  • Collaborate across teams to prepare regular forecasts for the new Digital Payments business including group-level quarterly forecast and 4 Year Operating Plans and monthly latest views, taking into account strategic developments and updated business case assumptions.
  • Support the direction, content and insight of financial and commercial performance of the new Digital Payments Business.
  • Interpret and present management, ensuring that insight, results, and issues are well understood and explained in a way that is relevant.
  • Work collaboratively across Finance and the Integration Programme.

Requirements

  • A qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make the complex simple.
  • Strong analytical and interpretative skills including good judgement.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development.
  • A commitment to being onsite at least two days a week.
