About the role
- Working with and empowering a team of specialists to seek out and solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience.
- Driving incremental performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our digital buying journeys through continuous optimisations.
- Create and analyse digital journey performance using Adobe Analytics and Power BI - identifying trends and opportunities to optimise conversion and engagement.
- Communicate performance stories effectively to collaborators, influencing decisions and celebrating achievement.
- Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance and impacts understood, whilst managing risk effectively with appropriate team members, governance, and controls.
Requirements
- Strong experience of digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce guidelines.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret data, ideally with experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
- Have strong influencing skills and the ability to make purposeful relationships with your team members and partners.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Skilled in turning complex datasets into actionable insights and clear performance stories.
- Can create simplicity from complexity.
- Are a self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, whilst balancing multiple deliverables.
