About the role
- Deliver the automation journey for GCA, focusing on the practical implementation of agents, agentic AI, and PowerApps to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Build and test solutions: Use your technical skills and curiosity to develop, build, test, and refine AI tools, especially in platforms like Co Pilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Partner across squads, teams, and Centres of Excellence, working with Platform, Engineering, Operations, and Communications colleagues to deliver AI-enabled solutions that meet real business needs.
- Drive adoption and embedding: Support teams to integrate AI into daily workflows, providing hands-on guidance, solve problems, and coaching to build AI confidence.
- Governance and agent management: Ensure all AI deployments follow governance frameworks, ethical standards, and data privacy requirements. Oversee the lifecycle of AI agents, including monitoring, performance, and retirement.
- Continuous improvement: Gather user insights and operational data to drive continued optimisation of AI solutions. Share best-in-class guidelines and findings with the wider team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience delivering technology, automation, or AI projects in a complex organisation.
- Bring specialist technical expertise in agentic AI and automation, delivering solutions that address capability gaps within GCA.
- Hands-on technical skills, with the ability (or curiosity and drive) to build and prototype solutions in platforms like Copilot Studio, PowerApps, or similar.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering to time, cost, and quality.
- Confident facilitator and trainer, able to build capability and engagement across diverse teams.
- Strong collaborator and communication skills.
- Analytical and solutions-focused, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Experience in communications, HR, or business transformation is desirable.
