About the role
- Lead the development and optimisation of innovative marketing strategies.
- Drive growth for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Embedded Finance and consumer lending business.
- Develop the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing strategy for unsecured lending.
- Champion the development of performance insight across the full plan.
Requirements
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives at pace, using data and technology to test, learn, and scale new approaches.
- Proven ability in crafting and delivering full-funnel marketing plans and multi-channel (paid, owned, earned) campaigns.
- Ability to set, manage, and optimise large-scale marketing budgets (£m).
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior collaborators in complex organisations to secure agreement and lead change.
- Previous experience and knowledge of working in unsecured (consumer) lending within a marketing team (desirable).
