About the role

  • Manage a complex portfolio of I&PF assets, monitor the credit quality and timely reporting of performance and risk.
  • Work closely with Origination & Coverage, leading on transactions including refinances, waivers and covenant resets.
  • Manage a wide number of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the team's Business Plan including involvement in ad hoc projects and identification of capital optimisation opportunities.
  • Monitor relevant financial covenants, management information and sector and adviser reports to ensure ongoing credit quality of portfolio and ensure timely reporting to senior management of any issues arising.
  • Review legal documentation, as required, to ensure compliance with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy in order to minimise risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the Group.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business projects, including preparation of management information and presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience in I&PF within a financial institution and wider market knowledge.
  • Validated experience in financial assessment, credit analysis or asset management.
  • Ability to analyse complex information, identify risks and spot opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
