About the role
- Deliver sharp insight and analysis across a £400m cost base
- Collaborate closely with partners to produce impactful reporting and shape forecasts
- Financial control for Finance costs, benefits and balance sheet
- Conduct monthly reviews with Divisional Finance Directors and key stakeholders
- Prepare robust quarterly forecasts and 4/6 Year Operating Plans
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (preferable)
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to communicate to finance and non-finance colleagues
- Strong business partner with the ability to deliver a clear financial story
- Commercially curious mindset with ability and confidence to challenge and influence
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement
