About the role
- Translate the Commercial Banking blueprint into clear organisational design principles including Relationship Manager set sizes, regional coverage and sector focus
- Develop and deliver reporting capabilities that support BCB’s strategic priorities
- Work closely with partners across the business to gather requirements and provide meaningful insight
- Ensure data integrity by defining clear data standards and interpreting large datasets accurately
- Use tools like Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into actionable insight
- Lead and deliver small to medium scale projects within an established programme management plan
Requirements
- Experience in an Analytics or MI team
- Prior experience in a similar role where you've worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights at Exec level
- Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently
- Strong Commercial Awareness
- Deep understanding of the Business and Commercial Banking environment
