About the role

  • Set the north star for delivering an outstanding conversational experience that puts customers first.
  • Build and prioritise a dynamic backlog of use cases to drive impactful development.
  • Translate user requirements into clear capabilities and behaviours that develop intuitive journeys.
  • Curate knowledge and data for our digital agent and define robust guardrails to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to bring innovative experiences to market.
  • Define success metrics and maintain a continuous feedback loop to keep improving and delivering value at pace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering customer‑centric solutions, ideally in digital channels or technology-enhanced experiences.
  • Passion for the ‘why’ – you cut through complexity to focus on what matters most, bringing curiosity, resilience, and an open approach to new technologies like Gen AI and agentic systems.
  • Data‑driven approach – comfortable working with data teams, interpreting insights, and using evidence to build decisions.
  • Strong agile delivery skills – you understand agile principles and apply them to deliver value quickly, collaborating effectively across engineering, data science, and business teams.
  • Ability to turn vision into action – translating ideas and user needs into clear, prioritised backlogs and actionable tasks for feature teams.
  • Commercial awareness – balancing compelling customer benefits with business objectives to ensure balanced outcomes.
  • Background in data or analytics – whether through a degree or hands‑on experience, you bring a solid foundation in data to inform product decisions.
