About the role

  • Manage the delivery of CRM Marketing for Consumer Banking acquisition and onboarding across the Customer Lifecycle Management funnel.
  • Effectively manage the CRM campaigns across run and change to deliver against key jobs to be done.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, continuously experiment with new routes to market.
  • Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to ensure we deliver against target outcomes.

Requirements

  • Customer Relationship Management Marketing – Experience delivering CRM plans that optimize audience, channel, cadence, and content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Values & Behaviours – Thinks We not Me. Is outstandingly collaborative with peers and colleagues across teams.
  • Campaign Management – Deep and proven experience of assisting the delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns safely and compliant to FCA rules.
  • Agile Models of Operating and Fast Paced – Advocates agile ways of working.
  • Control Management – experience managing budgets, workflows and risks associated with marketing plans.
