About the role
- Utilise data and analytics to support product decisions and track performance
- Support the build and maintenance of dashboards and reports for monitoring metrics
- Support the delivery of strategy of customer management and treatment strategies
- Build an understanding of customer behaviour and product performance
- Prepare and gain approval for customer and colleague communications, drafting content and coordinating feedback
Requirements
- A strong degree or solid work experience
- Good understanding of mortgage products and processes, with a willingness to learn
- Able to bring a creative approach to complex problem solving
- Ability to assess risk from all aspects, identifying mitigants and enhancements to control framework
- The ability to consider the customer and put yourself in the customers shoes
- Able to influence stakeholders to improve outcomes for customers
