About the role
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted partner within delivery teams.
- Understand colleague needs, learning goals, and the wider organisational context to design solutions that truly make a difference.
- Own and develop product strategies that enable skills growth and align with organisational objectives.
- Create product roadmaps that prioritise features supporting learning, development, and career progression.
- Manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and acceptance of user stories that enhance colleague experience.
- Develop strategies to capture and track user feedback, benefits realisation, and service performance, using insights to continuously improve learning journeys and product design.
- Manage supplier performance to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and supports our learning vision.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital products that empower colleagues to learn and grow.
- Invest in personal and team growth—champion simplicity, inspire confidence, and build trust while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- An experienced Product Owner/Product Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative products as part of large and complex organisation.
- Strong experience working in Agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams, with the ability to champion user-centred design and continuous improvement.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across teams and organisations to deliver impactful solutions at pace.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Significant experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and a willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
- A growth mindset—someone who invests in their own development and supports others to build confidence and capability.
