About the role
- Influence strategic direction of the UK's largest consumer finance provider across Lloyds, Halifax, BoS and MBNA
- Identify, shape and evaluate new growth opportunities including market sizing, customer segmentation, and commercial modelling
- Develop and deliver initiatives: new propositions, partnerships, and digital journeys
- Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, Credit Risk, Finance, and Digital teams to shape and implement growth strategies
- Build compelling business cases and secure customer alignment and investment
- Monitor and report on initiative performance, identifying risks and optimisation opportunities
- Assist with crafting the yearly operating plan and long-term planning process
- Apply coding and modelling techniques to build and validate forecasting tools, pricing elasticity curves, and scenario simulations

- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives (a plus)
- Data Analytics: Experience in building and validating models for forecasting, pricing, and segmentation
- Proficient in Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Python, SQL, SAS, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau
- Communicate & Influence: Present and influence effectively at all levels, including Managing Director level
- Market Awareness: Strong understanding of customer trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments
