💰 $95,000 - $185,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for management, scope, fees, and profitability of individual projects and project portfolio
- Point person and firm's contact with clients while functioning as project manager
- Assists in new sales with clients for which they are managing projects
- Guides and coordinates internal LJB transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Responsible for assisting Deputy Operations Manager in maintaining PM best practices
- Apprise Operations Management of employee performance on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required
- 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering
- Experience working with DOTs required
- Project team leadership experience
- Project and client management experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil-3D software experience is preferred
